We  love  wichita.

We believe it's important to make a real impact in our community.

Here are a few of our "Community Impact Partners" that we trust and regularly support. If you have any questions about these or would like to start volunteering, select the ministry you're interested in and we'll be in touch with details.

Community Kids

Our volunteers lead a couple different after school Bible Clubs in local schools. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available!

Downtown Breakfasts

Every Sunday morning, those who are homeless or struggling financially are able to enjoy a free breakfast in downtown Wichita. Many groups partner together to make this happen, and several times throughout the year we ask Ridgepoint volunteers to help provide casseroles and serve at the event.

Hope is Alive

Over the past six years Hope is Alive Ministries has supported and advocated for hundreds of families who have found themselves in this troubling and painful place. They work with families to define an action plan that bests suits their specific situation and be there to walk beside them as their loved one begins his or her road to recovery.

Operation Christmas Child

Each year Ridgepoint Church is a collection site for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. We need volunteers to help organize those boxes as they come in.  This year the collection will take place Sunday, November 15 through Monday, November 30.  Click the button below to connect with Julie Zielke for times and more information.

Youth Horizons

Youth Horizons aims to break the cycle of fatherlessness and poverty by matching children in a mentoring program with Christian mentors. They also provide a safe and structured Christian environment for at-risk youth.
