Go the Extra Mile.

The most important decision you can make as a human is to accept Jesus as your Savior. That's a big deal, and that's the "first mile."

After taking that step, many modern Christians struggle to know what comes next. Maybe you've been a Christian for a while, and maybe you attend Ridgepoint regularly, but you're looking for a next step to go deeper in your faith journey.

To become a maturing disciple of Jesus, we believe there are three crucial practices that lead to a fulfilling life and a faith that honors God and matches the teaching of Scripture.

Here at Ridgepoint, we're asking our attenders to go the second mile by growing, serving, and mentoring.

GROWING

Growing: Funnel of Formation

Whenever we learn something new, we typically follow a similar pattern of curiosity, enlightenment, and commitment. We're offering several groups that meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights covering a variety of topics designed to help you grow in your faith.

Ready to grow? Let us know and we'll fill you in on which classes and groups are currently open.

SERVING

Serving: Find Your Place

In a church our size, we lean on hundreds of volunteers to run our ministries. But we're not just trying to find warm bodies to fill open positions. We believe serving does something in us. It gives us purpose. It utilizes our gifts. It provides space to give back. And it makes us more like Jesus.

MENTORING

Mentoring: Framework for Discipleship

Life is best lived in community, and we believe cross-generational relationships can be extra meaningful. This new ministry at Ridgepoint aims to facilitate mentoring relationships where young adults can grow in their faith and learn from the life experience of mature believers, while mentors have the opportunity to invest in the emerging generation.
