The Leadership Board is the governing body of the church. In addition to presenting the budget to the congregation, the Board also sets policies and broad goals for the Lead Pastor to execute with the staff. The Board monitors and encourages the Lead Pastor as he leads the church toward those goals. Leadership Board members are selected by the Nomination Team and serve a three-year term with the option of a second term.

The Leadership Board generally meets on the third Thursday of the each month. The Faith and Life Team seeks to help the church remain theologically sound ("faith") and relationally and spiritually healthy ("life"). Their primary task is to be sensitive to the faith and life condition of Ridgepoint and to offer their help to the congregation, the Lead Pastor, and the Leadership Board. The Faith and Life Team members are selected by the Nomination Team and serve a three-year term with the option of a second term.
