Kyle Goings has nearly 20 years of experience in youth ministry and has worked as the NextGen Pastor at Ridgepoint Church in Wichita, Kan., since 2014. He is the director of USMB NextGen, a ministry for U.S. Mennonite Brethren youth and young adults, and cohost of the podcast “Embrace the Awkward” helping youth workers better handle awkward times of ministry. Kyle is a graduate of Judson University with a bachelor’s degree in youth ministry and adolescent studies and a master’s degree in ministry entrepreneurship and innovation.  An avid and passionate board and video game player, Kyle and his wife, Katie, have two energetic little girls, Ever and Emmy.

Fun facts: Kyle is a board game fanatic (he's invented three... super nerd!). He has an enormous personal movie library, is an Iowa Hawkeyes fan, and enjoys all things sports.
