Kim has been on staff at Ridgepoint since 1999, always in the area of music and worship. She currently serves as Creative Arts Director, and is most visible as a worship leader in the 9:30 & 11:00 contemporary services. Kim earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1992, and worked as a PT for several years before God led her to take a leap of faith out of the medical field and into ministry, a leap she has never regretted. Kim and her husband Neil have two kids: Hallie and Jonny.
 
Fun facts: Kim was raised on a dairy farm, spent a college semester in China, and consumes relatively large amounts of coffee… decaf (yes, really). She loves watching a well-written story on screen. She also enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with the array of personalities involved in the Creative Arts ministry.
