Andy joined the Ridgepoint staff in January 2022. Prior to that, Andy served as a missionary in Thailand for 20 years, with roles including regional leadership and field training. Andy is a graduate of Tabor College in Hillsboro, KS, and has master’s degrees from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary and Fuller Seminary. His ministry responsibilities at Ridgepoint include leadership training, discipleship, and equipping the church to multiply through new groups, campuses, and churches. Andy has been married to his wife Carmen for over 25 years, and they have three children: Connor, Isaac, and JJ.

Fun facts:  Andy enjoys family time, music, and sports. He and his family have been big KU Jayhawk fans ever since his dad went to college with Wilt Chamberlain.
